Tracey Ann Anderson is a program management consultant known for blending strategy with creativity and turning ambitious ideas into real-world results. Rooted in Kansas values, but driven by big-picture vision, Tracey Ann a􀆩ended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and Stony Brook University in New York.

Outside of her professional work, Tracey Ann and her son, Weston, co-founded ShiftUp, a community initiative at Christmas. By giving kids from families in need the opportunity to buy gifts for their siblings and loved ones, they
have ignited the spirit of giving in nearly 500 Kansas City kids. Guided by a deep respect for faith, family, and freedom, Tracey Ann aims to help ensure that Kansas remains a stronghold of conservative values and that those principles continue to shape communities well beyond its borders.
