She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Mini Master of Public Administration from Wichita State University, along with certification as a Chief
Deputy through Wichita State University and Kansas State University—demonstrating her specialized knowledge in land records management and public administration. As an active member of the Property Records Industry Association, she remains engaged with national trends and best practices in property records management. As Chief Deputy, Kenly leverages her diverse experience and education to oversee daily operations, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with Kansas recording laws.
