Alison Berger

Public Biography

Alison Berger was raised in the small town of McPherson, Kansas, where her Christian faith and conservative values shaped the person she is today. Growing up in a close-knit community taught her the importance of personal responsibility, neighborly kindness, and standing firm in her beliefs. Those lessons still guide her decisions, both personal and professional. Twenty-five years ago, she embarked on a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the decades, she has worn many hats, each one reinforcing her passion for quality, customer service, and effective project management. Today, she serves as a Serialization Specialist, where she leads in initiatives to ensure product traceability and compliance with global regulations. She
thrives on collaborating with cross functional teams, troubleshooting complex processes, and delivering solutions that protect patient safety.

When her youngest daughter attended school, she became active at Board of Education meetings. She
quickly realized how vital parental involvement is in shaping school policies and student outcomes. Over the past ten years, she has grown more politically aware and deeply concerned by the direction of left-leaning policies. She is excited about the opportunity to deepen her knowledge through the Eisenhower Series by learning how she can make a meaningful impact for Kansas and beyond. She is blessed to be married and the mother of three adult children and five grandchildren.

In her free time, she enjoys: exploring nature trails with her two dogs, crafting and learning homesteading skills—everything from canning to raising chickens and enjoying the peace of her country home, where wide-open prairie landscapes remind her of the simple joys of small-town life.
