I’ve been involved with politics ever since I sent a note to Secretary of Agriculture Sam Brownback, who I learned might run for office, offering to stuff envelopes. Since then, I’ve worked on many campaigns and worked in the official offices of Ambassador Brownback, Senator Roberts and Congressman Tiahrt. I was asked to join the original Eisenhower Series Board of Governors in 2005. I’m retired now and happily busy on the Eisenhower Board as well as two Rice County Boards and I’m currently serving as Secretary of the Kansas Republican Party.
